As an advisor and consultant, we work with organisations to help identify the hurdles causing disruption or sub-optimal outcomes and provide recommendations to overcome them.

As a mentor and guide, we work with individuals to identify the limitations they may be facing in achieving their full potential. We work with the individual to gradually reduce the impediments.

As a speaker and author, we work with community to help in sharing and spreading of knowledge. We provide focused sessions such as guest lectures, experiential training, etc. We also chip-in as co-author or and reviewer.

The intent

At Upkaari, we take pride in being your trusted partner in the journey from Potential to Performance. We believe that Performance always lags Potential due to two types of diductors, Internal Interferences and External Constrains. We can aim to eliminate or at least reduce the gap significantly by Controlling Internal Interferences and Managing External Constraints.

 

Our aim is to help individuals and organisations enhance their performanceWe approach each case by first understanding the reasons for the gap and then suggesting ways and means to gradually reduce it. We further suggest ways to nurture their potential to continuously improve performance.

 

We apply DIVE methodology, which stands for Discovery, Introspection, Validation, and Execution. Discovery helps to understand the gap, Introspection and Validation then identifies actionable steps to plug the gaps one after another, and Execution is the final step of applying the actions, measuring the outcome, and fine-tuning the approach.

Upkaari does not consider it as a one off event, but a journey where we help the recipient improve and keep improving over several weeks, months, and possibly years.
